David Brown, our in-house elderly statesman type, who ran his own successful real estate office in Mayfield from 1972 to 1988, and has been in the business one way or another since 1969.
Presently, apart from the occasional sale for old clients, David is a registered valuer who spends most of his time doing valuations. He is available at any time to value your residential property for capital gains tax, Stamp Duty assessment, deceased estate, or just plain curiosity, etc. David has been doing valuations for the Public Trust Office NSW and several solicitors for around 30 years.
