This office was originally established in the lovely Lambton area back in the 1970’s by Bill Hamley, he employed a salesman named Ray Nelson and then after a short time another salesman, being Julian Larkin.
When Bill Hamley was ready to retire both Ray and Julian took over the business and it became known as Nelson Larkin Real Estate until the mid 1990’s then Julian moved on and the office became known as Ray Nelson Real Estate.
It was May 1992 that Sue Odgers started working at what was then known as Nelson Larkin Real Estate and she has been part of the office since that time. In 1999 Steve Cucumanovski joined the real estate team. Sue and Steve are the current owners of Elders Real Estate Lambton.
In the year 2000 it was decided to take on an Elders Real Estate franchise partly because of the reputation of the Elders Company and the ties with county style ethics and trust associated with the Elders brand.
Since 2003 Sue Odgers and Steve Cucumanovski have been the joint owners of Elders Real Estate Lambton and have successfully continued to serve clients in Sales and have grown their Property Management portfolio considerably during that time..
